Ideal and overall clean place, very amiable and attentive staff. Stocked and well-equipped rooms with microwave, nice beds and mini-fridge, outstanding service. Absolutely perfect and incredible location next door to Just Imagine Gallery.

Had a fabulous stay during our February visit. the room was immaculate and tidy, and we really enjoyed having a microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators. - the view over the swimming pool was amazing. - the staff were fantastic during our stay. - Its location was unbeatable and stunning, close to all the restaurants in Russell, and in a great area.

Units with double bed. The location was marvellous, not very far from Russell. The jewel in the crown was incredible staff.

Its STUNNING, central location was a plus. The room was huge and immaculate, we had a multi-channel television, a dining area, and a seating area.

The room had stunning views across the harbour. the location was incredible, just minutes away from Russell Museum. - All the stores and a supermarket were right next door. - the service offered was marvelous. - It was sweet to receive complimentary ironing service.

The building is lovely and in a fabulous location close to all the restaurants and local attractions, with well-equipped and spacious rooms and clean facilities.

My room was brand-new with stunning views across the harbour. Coffee/tea makers, a refrigerator, and a stovetop were provided. - It was based in a pretty building in an unbeatable location, close to licensed restaurants.

I stayed here for a weekend and would go back in a flash. the property was clean with lovely and awesome staff. - This nice hotel had a central setting right on the waterfront.

I loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in front of the beach. It was so convenient being close to everything, yet it was quiet and peaceful. The service was excellent, the staff was very kind and helpful. The room had everything I needed, including a spacious sitting area and a dining table. I also had access to a patio with garden furniture, which was a nice touch. The hotel amenities were great, with free toiletries and a flat-screen TV. I also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, as well as the beach access. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms in the hotel were immaculate and bright. the bedrooms were large. the pool area was heated. the location was unbeatable and stunning, close to the pier on Russell beach, with everything within walking distance and the seafront.

Staying in this hotel was amazing! The location is the best, right in the centre of everything with a beautiful waterfront view. I loved how clean the hotel was and how well-equipped its facilities are - like the pool, the kayaks, and the bikes that were available for free. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The parking was also very convenient, and I was able to easily store my car on this property.

As longer-term business travelers, we loved the spacious and well-equipped apartment rooms. The little coffee corner with quality coffee packs was a nice touch. The staff, especially Sue and Hamis, were friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also appreciated the early check-in and the offer to lend us fishing rods. The hotel's location on the seafront added to its charm, even in rainy weather. The presence of 3-4 proper restaurants next door with excellent food was a big plus. the owners were very nice folks, helpful and cheery.

We felt very comfortable during our stay and had no complaints at all.
